If you cancel more than 7 business days prior
to the scheduled move date:
- You may cancel your move more than 7 business
days before the scheduled move date by calling us
at (800) 231-4131.
- If you cancel more than 7 business days before
the move is scheduled to begin, you will receive
a full refund of any deposit paid.
If you cancel less than 7 business days prior
to the scheduled move date:
- You will be charged our costs up to that point
in preparing for your shipment.
- This may include, but is not limited to, container
trucking charges and ocean transportation cancellation
charges.
- You will also be charged a $250 cancellation fee.
